Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Chandler Tutoring portal (the “Service”), a private scheduling, billing, and family portal for our tutoring clients in Chandler, Arizona. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts & access

The portal is for the tutor and invited families only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity under your account. Access may be granted or removed at the tutor’s discretion.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for managing your own tutoring relationship. Do not attempt to access other families’ information, disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.

Scheduling & payment

Session times, invoices, and amounts shown in the portal reflect the tutoring arrangement between the tutor and each family (including any ESA program). The portal is a record-keeping and communication tool; it does not itself process payments.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Chandler Tutoring is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
