• Family & student details — names, grade level, and learning focus that the tutor or parent provides.
• Scheduling & session data — session times, attendance, and tutor notes.
• Billing data — invoices, amounts, and payment status.
• Files — worksheets and lesson summaries shared with families.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide the service: scheduling sessions, sending invoices and reminders, sharing materials, and giving families a portal to view their own information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Website inquiries

When you submit the contact form on our website (chandlertutoring.com), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your child’s grade level and learning needs — so we can respond to your inquiry and schedule a free Meet & Greet. We use a third-party form-processing and email-delivery service to receive these submissions; it processes the data only to deliver your message to us. We use this information solely to follow up about tutoring; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Google user data

If the tutor connects a Google account, we access Google Calendar to create and update tutoring-session events on the tutor’s calendar. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and we use it solely to provide the scheduling features described here.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the service — for database hosting and authentication, application and website hosting, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Children’s information

Student information is provided by parents and the tutor to deliver tutoring. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and student data is visible only to the tutor and that child’s own family.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
